The Flip Side of Panic & Anxiety
Anxiety and panic are not actually bad things. They are just too much of a good thing, a by-product of a disorganized Akashic record (the human super-memory). The Akashic records hold the memory of all the experiences that have ever happened, along with the information, wisdom and knowledge gained from the events. For this reason it is known as the super-memory.
When these records are not indexed, but rather kept in a chaotic and disorganized fashion, it can create problems with regards to accessing the information. The entire database gets dumped into your body through the solar plexus.
Knowledge and wisdom arrive on the coattails of an intense moment, but they are scrambled and the result is anxiety. The system knows the information you need is in there somewhere, and leaves it up to you to find it in the load.
The rush of information twists and torques from the belly up to the throat, pulling it all into a gigantic body knot. This is panic and anxiety. This is why we say that they are good things – just too much of it.
But, there is a cure – one that requires effort. You need to spend time, every day, indexing the Akasha. This can be accomplished through conscious breathing and conscious moving. Use yoga, Chi Gung and Tai Chi, chanting matras and vipassana (meditation on silence).
Do this every day, and trade in panic and anxiety for moments of super-intuitive insight. The exact information needed is delivered to you, rather than dumped on you. This is the way of the new evolution, the way of grace and joy.
