If you can relate to you as the same you, no matter what, that is a reality... and the only reality of stability that exists. Our dear friend, Paramahansa Yogananda, defined it as self realization. It's like in the midst of all this big bang chaos that is defining itself through conflict, you suddenly go, wow there I am. You realize yourself and it is so comforting to locate a friend. This is what we refer to as soul. In the true essence of the word, there is only one soul. Just like in the true essence of the word, there is only one electrical force. Many electrons make up the electrical force so perhaps many of us make up the total soul. But soul is the dynamic motivation behind the entire event known as creation. So there is no such thing as a very old soul or a very young soul or all these other kinds of brands we try to place on. There is no such thing as a soulmate. Oh, I found my soulmate. No, you just found someone that you have determined within your construct that you're going to trust until they prove themselves to be untrustworthy, which is all an illusion. It's like that reflection of Guru Singh I trust. Then I walk to another mirror and go, but that one, no, that one did me wrong. We're really funny. We really are and in order to exist, we must have a sense of humor.
