Sensation of Life


Be so deeply in touch with your breathing that you sense the breath gently scratching the back of your throat. Begin to allow that sensation of life, that sensation of prana to permeate your body and create an experience. Imagine that you're inhaling spirit and exhaling all of your thoughts. When the mind wanders, exhale it. Inhale spirit, exhale the meandering mind. Train with your breath and it will provide gentle coaching.  Just take a few moments of each day to be aware that you are breathing and nothing else. Be aware of the point at which the breath enters and nothing else.
