Coordinate Your Breath


You can coordinate your breath to the point where you are desireless. And you can reduce your desires until ultimately, in a state of deep mediation, your only desire is to breathe. In that state of grace, you connect your existence with the total existence by becoming a witness to your breath. You do that all the time in yoga, where you are involved in an asana and kriya and see both the breath and the event as singular. You can actually adjust yourself to the extent that you are no longer the doer, you are actually the witness that is experiencing the movement of the kriya and the impulse of the breath. That is that state of oneness.
