Come Back to The Breath
To center yourself in pressured, stressful or chaotic environments — to locate and shed any dissociation that these cause — then fully experience your intended experience; this is living . . . actually living. Sit and focus on the simple act of your breathing. Focus first on breathing from your diaphragm. Once you have fully connected to the diaphragm sensation, add the tip of your nose to your conscious awareness. Locate your sense of self in the experience of this breathing . . . the diaphragm drawing breath through the tip of your nose and into the lungs. Do this for at least three minutes every day. This is the minimum contribution to connecting spirit.
