What are the avenues that you take to actually build something that you can trust? The most important thing is to slow down your brain waves. The more rapid the brain rate is, the more gaps there are between the frames of the brain. The more gaps there are between the frames of the brain and the more information you are missing in your daily routine. To slow your brain rate in half, all you have to do is sit down for three minutes with your eyes closed and be aware that you are breathing.Your DNA and your cosmology are programmed to become aware and to recognize a particular rate and a particular type of information. When you meet someone new, you reestablish your brain rate. Each time you meet someone new with whom you are actually going to engage, you reestablish your brain rate. That's what is known as the honeymoon period. The honeymoon period is when you actually broaden your bandwidth in order to take that person in. Once you have taken them in then you compartmentalize them and you go back to the brain rate that you have with this person in your life and you begin to identify through predictability. Those parts are identifying what is familiar in you because your brain is looking for the familiar. The brain is always in search of the familiar. The heart is always in search of the inspiration. That means you have to override the brain sequencing and you have to override the emotional sequencing in order to build trust.
