Break the patterns that have systemically trapped themselves within the thoughts that lead to the opinions that lead to the conclusions that create the filter. For example, how long did it take you to actually think that you weren't gorgeous? How long have you been practicing to think you aren't a genius? How long have you been suspending that thought that you're marvelous? Why would you want to do that? Would you want to strike up a relationship with someone else who would treat you in such a way? Then break up with yourself and find your better self.
