Between Your Inhale and Exhale

That is what yogic asanas and kriyas do. Every single day, do yoga and stretch into your body glove and stretch beyond your body gloves so that you can fill the infinite space. This will keep you free from the depths of any depression. Everyday chant so that you erase the accumulation of noise in your system and you can focus in ease. Just sit silently and bring your attention to the breath until all you are focused on is the space between your inhale and exhale.
